Chantal Boni Yayi, First Lady of Benin

In collaboration with UNICEF, Mrs. Chantal BONI YAYI launched the “All Girls to School Campaign,” in October 2008. The objective of the campaign is to increase awareness-raising amongst community leaders, parents, traditional chiefs, media, and children themselves, on the utmost importance of sending all children especially girls to school.

Mrs. Chantal BONI YAYI hailed the three-branch education caravan as an initiative that will help mobilize each and every one in numerous villages and will significantly contribute to the success of the campaign.

Mrs. Chantal BONI YAYI is a Vice Chair Lady of African Synergy against Aids and Suffering.
